In a nutshell…

I was born in rural Colorado and was raised in the country. I attended a small high school and was active in sports and the community. I have an undergrad in Elementary Education and a Juris Doctorate in Law. I started teaching in group settings at the age of 21.  This is where my love for empowering others began. I could see that sharing the things I learned and believed about empowerment made a real difference in the lives of those I taught.

After I graduated law school, I practiced law as both a prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney. Working in the criminal system was the capstone that made me decide to concentrate on being a life coach focusing on accountability and empowerment. While practicing in criminal law, I saw many lives upturned because of a lack of both accountability empowerment and I knew I could help change that! It is my core belief that people live their best lives through accountability and empowerment. When we do what we say we will do, we feel empowered which leads to improved confidence. The pay off is a life that feels authentic and productive.

Today I live in Colorado and enjoy hiking, skiing, rafting, paddle boarding, cooking, writing, and crocheting.  I am also a cat lover, foodie, and am lethal at board games!

Now that you know a bit about me - call me and let’s work together! My program is worth it! You are worth it!
