30 days of gratitude

The world can be a confusing place and things can feel uncertain, especially after everything that’s happened throughout the past year. That’s why it’s even more important to be thankful for what you do have.

I know sometimes it feels like there is nothing to be positive about but taking the time to acknowledge the good things that you have (no matter how small they are) can be a proper mood booster!

Write down a list of at least 10 things that you’re grateful for each day and watch the difference it can make. Get yourself a gratitude journal or even create it on your notes section in your phone.

It doesn’t matter how big or small they are. It can be anything!
